College Prospects in the Independent School League

The Independent School League (ISL) is an athletic conference of sixteen private college-preparatory schools from the Greater Boston area. The League is comprised of Belmont Hill School (MA), Brooks School (MA), Buckingham, Browns and Nichols School (MA), Governors Academy (MA), Groton School (MA), Lawrence Academy (MA), Middlesex School (MA), Milton Academy (MA), Noble and Greenough School (MA), Rivers School (MA), Roxbury Latin School (MA), St Georges School (RI), StMarks School (MA), St Sebastians School (MA), Tabor Academy (MA) and Thayer Academy (MA).

The Independent School League is recognized by the New England Preparatory School Athletic Council (NEPSAC), and its teams are often found in the eight team teams that are seeded for the NEPSAC post-season tournament championships every March in the Class AA, Class A and Class B divisions.

The men's basketball division of the League is a heavily recruited feeder system for all levels of NCAA play. Below we profile the mens college basketball prospects in this season's Independent School League play.


Belmont Hill School from Belmont, MA

Giacomo Kaplan (2025) 5’10 guard - Kaplan is a lights-out shooter, with range well beyond the 3-point line. He is very versatile in that he can score in the paint, hit mid-range shots, and score from deep. Kaplan is both a playmaking and scoring point guard, with tight handles and a high IQ. Clyde Kokora (2025) 6’5 guard/wing - Kokora is a long, athletic, skilled guard/wing, who can score off the dribble and from deep. Kokora made huge strides this spring and is ready to advertise his skills this summer. Kokora is a student of the game with a strong work ethic and basketball IQ. Plays AAU with ASA Hoops.  3.7 gpa

Isaiah Langham (2025) 6'5 guard- #17 ranked player in New England by Prep Hoops. Langham is a strong and versatile combo guard who can drive to the basket at will, showcasing his ability to break down defenses. His finishing skills, even through contact, highlight his athleticism on the court. Langham is not just a scorer; he’s also capable of making plays for his teammates, emphasizing his playmaking ability. Additionally, his rebounding adds another aspect to his game. James Lyon (2025) 6’2 guard - Lyon is active defender, guard 1-3. With crafty handles and eye for the floor, Lyon makes all those around him better. He can score in the paint or outside the arc. He is coachable and loves to compete. Plays AAU with Middlesex Magic.  3.3 gpa

Jamari Robinson (2025) 6’1 guard - Robinson is a combo guard that can defend positions 1-3 on the floor. He is an active defender who gets lots of deflections and steals from his activity on the ball. He can get into the paint when he wants and he is a sniper from behind the 3pt arc. He continues to prove that he is an elite player and has already caught the eye of several D-1 and D-3 schools. A smooth southpaw guard who is very athletic and fearless when he attacks the rim. Jackson Bowhers (2027) 6’1 guard - Bowhers is an active, long guard who can defend 1-3 on the floor. He has a smooth mid-range game, which is complimented by his ability to run the floor and finish in traffic. Bowhers is a gym rat who wants to compete every time he’s on the floor. A multisport athlete at BH (Football, Lacrosse), Bowhers is set to have a huge summer. Plays AAU with Middlesex Magic.  3.5 gpa

Jack Hunnicutt (2027) 6’1 guard - Hunnicutt is a very athletic, active guard, who finishes in the paint and can shoot the mid-range shot very well. A very active and physical defender. Hunnicutt plays with confidence and toughness on both sides of the floor. While only a freshman this year on Varsity, Hunnicutt displayed qualities of a future leader/captain. Brooks School from North Andover, MA

Emersen Davis (2025) 6’0 guard - Davis is a lightning-quick lefty guard with a smooth jump shot that extends well beyond the three-point line. Quick first step allows him to get to the basket in a hurry and finish among taller defenders. Pesky on the defensive end and defends 94 feet keeping his opponent contained the length of the court. Alex Wilkins (2025) 6'5 guard - (Furman University commit)  #15 ranked player in New England by Prep Hoops. All NEPSAC as a junior. All ISL First Team as a junior. Wilkins is a long and rangy lead guard who scores it seamlessly at all 3 levels. Range extends well beyond the 3-point line. High I.Q. and a heady decision-maker out of the pick and roll. Effectively uses his length and quickness to cause havoc on the defensive end. Continues to get stronger and his best basketball is still ahead of him. Harryns Cantave (2026) 6’5 small forward - Cantave is a junior with a ton of potential and confidence. His long wingspan and good timing allow him to disrupt shots on the defensive end. Solid footwork in the post and is able to stretch his game to the 3-point line consistently. Rebounds the ball well and his body continues to fill out and get stronger. Plays with incredible effort and energy. Plays AAU with Undivided.

Riley Clarke (2026) 6’7 forward - Clarke is a sharp-shooting stretch forward with a consistent release from downtown. Equally effective on the inside and finishes with a soft touch. Attacks the glass on both ends and plays with relentless energy. All-NEPSAC Honorable Mention and All-ISL Honorable Mention as a sophomore. Trokon Harris (2026) 6’1 point guard - #58 ranked player in New England by Prep Hoops. Harris is a pass-first lead guard who gets downhill and plays with his head up looking to set up his teammates. Relentlessly attacks the rim and finishes with an array of moves using both hands. Tough to contain off the bounce and jump shot continues to improve. Takes pride on the defensive end and uses his incredible wingspan to disrupt his opponent on the ball and in passing lanes. All-NEPSAC Honorable Mention and All-ISL Honorable Mention as a sophomore. Joey Olivieri (2026) 5’9 point guard - Olivieri is a hard-nosed guard who doesn’t back down from a challenge and is still growing. He is a lights-out sharpshooter with unlimited range and a quick release. His dad coached at Babson, Stonehill, and WPI so Olivieri has a high IQ and knows what it takes to win. He plays with incredible heart and hustles on both ends of the floor and is a great teammate. Olivieri is a gym rat who works on his game and strength daily. Noah Walker (2026) 6'6 small forward - Walker is a skilled and athletic hybrid forward who possesses adept inside-outside offensive capabilities. Uses his strong frame to set tough screens and carve out space in the interior to score in the paint. Possesses solid footwork with an array of moves in the post. Has a smooth and consistent jumper that stretches out to the 3-point line. Defensive versatility allows him to guard bigger guys in the post and smaller guards on the perimeter. Izzy Wane (2026) 6’4 small forward - Wane is a smooth young player with a high ceiling and tons of potential. His dad, Souleymane Wane, was a 6'11 center for the UConn Huskies who graduated in 2001, so basketball genes are in his bloodline. With his height and length, Wane has the ability to stretch the floor as a deep threat. Has a smooth jumper and a crafty game where he looks to attack poor closeouts with an array of finishes and a high floater. Tremendous potential going into his junior year. DJ Cassamajor (2027) 6’0 guard - Cassamajor is a strong, sturdy guard who embraces contact and plays relentlessly downhill. Gets to the basket and finishes well for his size with toughness and great body control. A pit bull defensively and wants to guard 94 feet. Good form and range on his jump shot and is able to stretch the defense out to the 3-point line. Plays AAU with Mass Rivals. 4.0 gpa. Video highlights

Pocholo Castaneda (2027) 5’10” Point Guard - Castaneda is a feisty guard from Canada with a ton of potential. Possesses incredible quickness, agility, and has a high IQ. Excels in creating scoring opportunities for himself and his teammates. A strong defender who uses his athleticism to harass the ball and disrupt passing lanes. A reliable shooter off the catch and the bounce. 

Jayden Gibson (2028) 6’3 guard - Gibson is big-bodied guard who knows how to use his frame and create space. Gibson plays with pace and is equally effective with or without the ball in his hands. He is a sharp decision maker out of the pick and roll and looks to set his teammates up with easy buckets or attacks the rim off the bounce relentlessly. Gibson is a pitbull on defense keeps the ball in front of him with great lateral quickness and strength. He’s not yet done growing and his ceiling is sky high. NERR profile

Max Maturah (2028) 6’0uard - Maturah has incredible potential as a lead guard. He is nifty with the ball in his hands and makes the right play out of the pick and roll. Maturah can shoot off the catch and bounce and has a nice floater in the paint. He plays a balanced game with a ton of confidence and as his frame continues to fill out, he will be tough to defend. Defensively Maturah uses his long wingspan to keep defenders in front and uses his instincts to disrupt the passing off the ball lanes. Maturah is one to watch as the years progress.  NERR Profile

Jack Rousmaniere (2028) 6’6 forward - Rousmaniere possesses incredible length which shows out on both ends of the court. He’s confident in his offensive arsenal which includes a soft touch in the paint, a steady improving pull-up jumper, and a consistent 3 point shot. Defensively, Rousmaniere does a great job keeping the ball in front of him and alters shots without fouling. As his body continues to grow, so will his game and he is on a special trajectory.  NERR profile

Nikhil Babbar (2025) 6'4 forward - Team captain, brings leadership and versatility to the court. Babbar is a capable defender, using his length and quickness to disrupt plays and contest shots. His ability to rebound is another strength, as he consistently battles on the boards, helping his team control possession. Offensively, he is a dangerous shooter from beyond the arc. His ability to knock down 3-pointers makes him a significant floor-spacer, forcing defenses to account for him at all times. As a captain, Babbar's poise, work ethic, and well-rounded game make him a key leader on and off the court, driving his team's success.

Cole Blackburn (2026) 6’7 wing - Blackburn is a lengthy and athletic wing with offensive versatility to score the ball at all 3 levels. His skill set allows him to attack both in halfcourt sets and in transition, where his athleticism and ball-handling shine. He is adept at creating his own shot and finishing around the rim. He shoots it well from behind the arc which stretches the floor and forces defenses to extend, opening up opportunities for both himself and his teammates. His agility and athleticism allow him to defend multiple positions while also getting into passing lanes and rebounding the ball. Idy Fall (2027) 6'0" guard - Fall is an athletic and exciting newcomer from Maynard High School. Fall has the ability to stretch the floor and knock down shots from beyond the arc and quick release and range make him a constant scoring threat. Fall's quickness and athletic ability make him a solid good defender, impacting the game on both ends. As he continues to develop, Fall will play a key role for this growing program and is a player to watch in the coming seasons.

Jonathan White Jr. (2027) 5'11 point guard - This lefty is a tremendous playmaking point guard with strong handle and passing ability. He makes quick reads and can score the ball at all 3 levels. Has dynamic ability to shoot the ball off the dribble with shooting range well beyond the college 3. His quickness and anticipation enable him to disrupt opposing ball handlers and contribute to turnovers. His defensive tenacity adds value to his overall game. Noah Corso (2028) The 6'5" forward - Corso is an exciting newcomer who brings a dynamic presence to the court. Corso is already showcasing potential as a versatile scorer with his mid-range and 3 point shooting. Though still developing, his size and shooting ability make him a valuable asset in both offensive and defensive sets. As he continues to grow and refine his game, Corso is poised to become a key contributor and a player to watch in the coming years.

Andrew Green (2028) The 5'11 point guard - New to BB&N this year, Green brings toughness and versatility to BB&N's backcourt. His ability to both score and create for others makes him a versatile threat on offense. Green has a knack for finding open teammates while also being able to finish strong at the rim or knock down shots from various spots on the floor. His court awareness and relentless energy on both ends make him a key playmaker and leader on the floor.


Governor’s Academy from Byfield, MA

Tait Christensen (2025) 6'8 small forward - Christensen has length, a great shooting stroke and an ability to protect the rim. He handles the ball well for his size and is an adept passer. He has great burst as an athlete and will get up and play over the rim. Christensen has received a lot of interest from high academic schools that have seen him play in New England. Thomas Ferdinando (2025) 6'1 guard - (Babson College commit) - One of New England’s top perimeter shooters, Ferdinando is the ultimate green light type of guy. He has in the gym range, can score off the catch or the bounce, and does a great job of moving without the basketball. He’s a high IQ player on the perimeter who makes good decisions with the basketball, makes some impressive passes in the halfcourt, and can get by the initial defender off the bounce. His pull up game is strong and he’s continued to improve as a scorer in the paint. Defensively, he can guard either backcourt spot and does a good job of moving his feet to stay in front of opposing ball handlers. 4.0 gpa

Joey Hart (2025) 6'5 small forward - (Claremont Mckenna College commit) Hart had a strong summer on the grassroots circuit, again proving to be a versatile wing that can impact games on both ends of the floor. Offensively, he does a great job of playing as a connector, doing whatever is needed on that end. He’s a terrific offensive rebounder, a willing ball mover, and has the ability to attack the rim off the bounce. He has a consistent perimeter jumper, does a good job of moving without the ball, and can really run the floor in transition. Defensively, he is a jack-of-all-trades type defender that can guard up and down a lineup. He’s proven to be an intelligent defender that rebounds at a high level and knows where to be in team schemes. Hart is the ultimate competitor who should help win a lot of games in his four years. Momo Nkugwa (2025) 6'3 guard - (University of Vermont commit) Nkugwa is a high flying guard who had a strong showing this summer in grass roots ball. The lefty is a dynamic athlete that can guard all three perimeter positions, is terrific defensively at the point of attack, and can really rebound from the guard spot. Offensively, he’s electric in transition where he does a great job of finishing around the rim. He’s continued to improve his perimeter jumper which has helped to open up his driving game. Not only is he an athletic and powerful finisher at the rim, but he’s shown the ability to finish plays with some creativity as well. Vermont continues to recruit at a high level and landing Nkugwa should help to keep them competitive in the America East, as he profiles as a future All-League candidate. is both a threat from deep and an athletic finisher at the rim. Will Wertz (2025) 6'4 guard - Wertz ws a standout at the NEPSAC Showcase in June, and he also had a terrific summer playing grassroots ball which put his name on the map as a high level prospect. With good positional size and solid feel for the game, Wertz profiles as a do-it-all wing at the next level. A high-level shooter from behind the arc, Wertz moves well without the ball and quickly explodes into his shot. He’s a fluid mover that can put the ball on the floor for multiple bounces while making good reads. Defensively, he moves well laterally and does a good job of rotating out of the help position. He can guard multiple positions and rebounds by the rim in space. Gyms will certainly be filled with high academic coaches for his games this winter and he should be a standout in the NEPSAC for Governor’s. Plays AAU with the Middlesex Magic. 3.4 gpa

Sam Murray (2027) 6'2 guard - Murray is bouncy and has an untapped upside to his game. He is dangerous in the open court and can throw it down with charisma and joy. Murray is also good in the half-court, acting as a knockdown shooter from deep off the catch and cutting to the rim for easy baskets. He should be able to do more on the offensive when given the opportunity. However, the defense is what makes Murray stand out. He’s got a terrific defensive stance and overall demeanor, which helps him rack up steals and create turnovers. Murray also has a feel for timing on weak-side block attempts. This is a player who is primed for a big jump soon and will be heavily monitored as a result.

Magezi Nkugwa (2027) 6'0 guard - Nkugwa Is a standout facilitator. He communicates plays and where to be to his guys extremely well, he and sets up his teammates for backdoors and open shots. He’s especially effective in pick and roll scenarios. His midrange game is deadly, which forces the help to step up, leaving his big man wide open in the paint. Magezi can do more than just facilitate however, as he is equally impressive in the iso. He can knock down the trey or get to the rim. His craftiness around the rim definitely sets him apart from other guards, and when watching him you wouldn’t be able to guess which hand is his dominant! He finishes with both hands at an equal level. Magezi is an extremely physical defender and is quick to stay in front in the full court. 

Garrett Org (2027) 6'6 forward - Org demonstrated an impressive skill set and a smooth pace Additionally, his ball-handling skills were imminent, showcasing versatility in his game beyond scoring. Org’s consistency in getting to the paint highlighted his agility and ability to break down the defense, creating scoring opportunities for himself and his teammates. His combination of driving prowess, ball control, and scoring ability were big time.

Steven Pridgen (2027) 6'3 guard - Pridgen, one of the more athletic underclassman guards in the region, had a strong summer on the travel circuit. A physical guard that knows how to play on both ends of the floor, Pridgen will be a key piece at Governor’s Academy this winter. Right now, he thrives on the defensive end of the floor, taking full advantage of his athletic gifts. He’s tough at the point of attack, physical with bigger opponents, and has the quickness laterally to stay in front of smaller guards. He’s a good rebounder that can grab and go in transition, making high level plays in the open floor. A lefty, he does a good job of getting downhill off the bounce and finishing through contact at the rim. He’s become a consistent threat to knock down shots from the perimeter and does a good job of running wide and spotting up in transition. Groton School from Groton, MA

Asante Kiio (2025) 6’3 wing - Team captain. Extremely athletic, long wing who finishes above the rim. He is your prototypical north-south player who relentlessly attacks the rim. He is VERY vocal and a great on ball and team defender. School President and high gpa.

Brian Lei (2026) 6’0 guard - Quick, athletic guard who is a more than capable shooter from three. He has a great motor and runs the floor extremely well. He is a willing defender and wants to pick up full court. Plays AAU with Team NSSA. High gpa

Jacob Medeiros (2026) 5’8 point guard - Quick guard who is a floor general on the court. He knows how to use his body and angles to score against bigger defenders and is a solid spot up shooter. He is willing to take a charge and is a very good passer. Plays AAU with Team NSSA.  High gpa

Archer Daniels (2027) 6'5 small forward - Daniels is starting to get some attention for himself as a college prospect.  He is a face-up 4 and an excellent defender. He is able to finish at the rim with either hand and is relentless on the glass. He is is quick enough to stay with most guards on a defensive switch and is the first one down the court on a fast break. High gpa

Samuel Kim (2027) 6’5 wing - Long, athletic, wing who can shoot the three and has developed a solid midrange game. Is growing more comfortable putting the ball on the floor and uses his length to be a solid weakside rim protector. Plays AAU with BABC. High gpa 

Rory Christopher (2028) 6’2 guard - High motor and high basketball IQ. Last year played at Brookline Highschool and reclassing at Groton. He is a rangy shooter who knows how to pick his spots well. He is able to get to the rim and use his body well. Very vocal defender. Plays AAU with Boston Spartans.


Lawrence Academy from MA

Joey Harris (2025) 6’4 small forward - Recently named a Top Prospect at the NERR showcase. High IQ player who will always be the toughest and hardest working player on the floor. Plays team defense at a high level by constantly communicating with his teammates putting himself and them in the right spots. Defends 1-5 and rebounds outside of his area at a high level. Uses pivots, strength, and length to finish around the rim through size, shoots the mid-range well off the dribble, stretches the defense with catch and shoot ability. Consistently makes the correct reads on the offensive end opening up space through cutting, passing, and screening. Plays AAU for Middlesex Magic. 3.6 gpa

Charlie Van Patten (2025) 6'5 wing - Knockdown shooter whose game has developed tremendously over the last year and a half. Has become a more effective scoring threat with the development of a mid-range jumper which goes in at a high clip. Uses plus strength to finish at the rim and regularly goes up strong off of two allowing him to finish through contact. Has come into his own as a defender significantly. Can guard the wing and forward positions well with good lateral quickness and communicates to teammates in rotations. Strong leader and presence in the locker room who has the respect of his teammates and coaches. Receiving interest from NESCAC and Centennial Conference teams. 3.9 gpa

Alex Egbuonu (2026) 6'5 guard - All NEPSAC as a sophomore. Highly skilled player who took NEPSAC AA by storm last year, averaging 20 ppg, efficiently scoring at all three levels. Showcased tremendous growth over the course of the past year especially in regard to his basketball IQ. Strong frame and superior length allow him to effectively defend 1-5 by blocking and altering shots (1.5 per game), getting in passing lanes 1.5 steals and 2.1 deflections per game), and rebound outside of his area (9.5 per game). Matchup nightmare on the offensive end as he uses a quick first step to get by length and strong frame to finish through defenders. Simple and effective low and mid post-game with counters. Evan Mitchner Jr. (2026) 6’3 point guard - A true floor general and point guard who is an extension of the coaching staff on the court. See’s passing lanes before they develop and makes correct reads allowing his teammates to play off him easily. Gets into the lane with regularity and uses elite athleticism and length to score efficiently with both hands. Plays under control in the offensive end by going off of two in the lane and effectively using his pivot to score or assist in a variety of ways. Elite shooter off the catch and when pulling up using strength and balance to easily repeat shooting motion. Lives in the weight room and continues to add muscle to his frame. Defensively, his length and elite lateral quickness allow him to defend multiple positions. Takes away the offenses first option and dictates the pace of play on the defensive end. Communicates with a purpose and makes multiple efforts on each defensive possession. Plays AAU with Expression Elite.  3.8gpa

Caleb Baker (2027) 6'4 wing - Explosive athlete who flies above and punishes the rim effectively finishing through traffic. Rebounds outside of his area and crashes the glass at both ends creating possession advantages. Crafty body control allows him to contort and finish through contact. Effective and decisive ball handling gets him to his spots in the mid-range where he scores at a high level. Has made a concerted effort to improve his balance and shooting form allowing for an increased consistency when shooting off the catch. Defensively he uses his length and quick twitch muscles to disrupt offensive flow and take away perceived passing lanes. Plays AAU for BABC. 2.6 gpa

AJ Reinertson (2027) 6’3 shooting guard - One of the best shooters in the NEPSAC, he notched multiple 20-point efforts in his freshman campaign. Uses and reads screens effectively to come off with enough space to get his shot off. Dribbles with a purpose getting into the lane and uses strength, length, and athleticism to play with efficiency off of two feet. Length allows him to defend multiple positions and forces difficult looks by playing straight up around the rim while still being able to move laterally. Elite IQ on the defensive end puts him in the right position where he uses his length to get in passing lanes and steps in to take charges. Attacks the glass and rebounds at a high level turning defensive stops into transition offense. Gets the ball ahead and consistently makes the right play. Tough competitor, a younger Cam Spencer. Middlesex School from Concord, MA

Xavier Hazard (2025) 6'2, 175 lbs, guard - Hazard is an explosive combo guard that can play on or off the basketball. Capable of taking over games and scoring in bunches. Terrific shooter with range past 24-25ft. Has made great improvements in running the team from pg position. Hazard is just beginning to come into his own as a player. He is capable of impacting the game on the defensive end of the court as well as by creating scoring opportunities for his teammates. Terrific athlete who finishes very well at the rim. Nick Teller (2025) 6'1, 175 lbs, guard - Teller is an elite shooter with range well past 24-25ft and an extremely quick release. He has the ability of taking over a game with his shooting ability. Over the last year, opponents have determined they will not allow him catch and shoot opportunities; Teller has improved greatly in developing other areas of his game, he has become extremely comfortable putting the ball on the floor, getting into the lane, and creating scoring opportunities for both himself and his teammates. He is an unselfish player and great teammate only concerned with winning. Last winter, he averaged 11ppg, 4rpg and 2apg. All-ISL as a junior. 3.9 gpa

Niko Badoian (2026) 5'10, 170 lbs point guard - Badoian is a throwback point guard. He is a true pass first basketball player who truly makes his teammates better. He is sneaky explosive with the basketball and able to get in the lane and create terrific scoring opportunities for those around him. He sees the floor extremely well, often keeping his dribble alive while probing the court. While Badoian is an unselfish player, he is a very capable scorer. He is very effective at beating defenders off the bounce, getting to 12-15ft, pulling up for jumper. He is also able to finish with great consistency at the rim, using his body, often against bigger defenders. Last winter, he averaged 9ppg 7apg in helping to lead Bedford High (NH) to 19-2 record and the New Hampshire state semifinals. 3.6 gpa

Gavin Deluties (2026) 6'2,170 lbs, guard - Deluties is a terrific shooter who has continued to develop his all-around game. He has the ability to shoot it well past 25ft , great range. He has done a great job in building his body up and getting stronger this past year. He is very capable of showing it, getting the lane, and finishing through contact. Jake Freeman (2026) 6'5,185 lbs  - Freeman is a multidimensional scorer able to score in a variety of ways. He is extremely versatile on the offensive end of the court. He has terrific range and is an elite shooter. He does a great job moving without the ball and is able to score off his movement/motion. Freeman is equally efficient scoring around the rim after putting the ball on the floor. With great size at the guard position, he is able to take smaller players into the post while beating larger defenders off the bounce. All-NEPSAC Class C as a sophomore in helping Wheeler School win a New England Championship. He averaged 15.3ppg and 5rpg last winter.  3.6 gpa

Jules Lewis (2026) 6'2, 165lbs, guard - Lewis has improved more over the last 18 months than anybody in the Middlesex program. He has a relentless work ethic, both on the court and in the weightroom. He has a great motor playing with incredible passion. He is willing to do whatever it takes to win; be it taking a charge, grabbing a key offensive rebound or getting on the floor for a loose ball. He has continued working on his perimeter shot and has become a very consistent shooter past the 3pt line. Lewis played 1-4 on the court this past season, at times initiating offense as our pg...to guarding the opponent’s 4-man. He is a winner who just continues to get better and better. Jack Watson (2025) 6’4 small forward – Watson is a do-it-all type of player on both ends. He can every position on the court. He is a high IQ player and can consistently knock down the open jumper. His versatility on both ends of the court is unique and very effective. He will post up smaller guards who cover him or space out slower defenders. He brings to the game whatever the game is needed. L.J. Reddicks (2026) 6’5 small forward – Reddicks plays at a higher level when playing in transition. He has developed a consistent jump shot from behind the arch, which allows him to stretch out the defense He is at his best when he plays with instincts and makes cuts and slips to the rim and utilize his size in certain match ups. Cole Simmons (2026) 6’1 shooting guard – Simmons is your 3 and D player. He can knock down shots at a high level. He has a very quick trigger and because of his accuracy, he is able to space out the court. On the defensive end of the floor, Simmons is our best communicator. He talks his way through defensive possessions and is excellent at moving his feet. He is able to cover multiple positions due to his communication, quick feet and desire to defend. Simmons comes from a very talented family, oldest brother plays hoops at Yale, middle brother will run track at Princeton and his dad was an accomplished runner at Princeton too. Devan Williams (2026) 6’2 guard – Williams will play a large role on our team. The incoming guard was one of the best players in CT last year. His impact will be felt on both ends because he loves to compete. He is a creative finisher at the basket and a talented ball handler. He has excellent vision especially in the open court. He consistently knocks down shots and is real threat at each level. He is a hard worker who will only get better in these next two years here at Milton. Reece Ayala (2027) 6’4 point guard – Ayala has great size and strength for the guard position. He can get to the rim with speed and power. He has developed a good mid-range game and continues to be a threat as a long-range shooter. The versatile defender that Ayala is allows him to cover 1-5 at times. He is quick enough to stay with quick guards and strong enough to play against bigger offensive players. Spencer Booth (2027) 6’10 power forward – Booth has great height, length and athleticism. He can play with back to the basket and step out the three-point range. He runs well rim to rim. He is an impactful defender because of his shot blocking ability. He rebounds the ball outside of his space. Ryan McLaughlin (2027) 6’3 guard – McLaughlin is a combo guard who can light it up from outside. He can finish in the lane and has an excellent midrange game. He can play on the ball and be a playmaker for others. His compete level is always at a 10 and is never afraid of the big moment. McLaughlin will continue to get bigger, faster, and stronger which will make him even more dangerous. His basketball IQ is very high; when he is at his best, he sees the game at a different level, which makes him fun to watch.  3.7 gpa   Video highlights

Connor Noel (2027) 6’5 small forward – Noel is a big time shot maker. He brings great size and length to his position and is sharp shooting forward who is also a sneaky good defender. If he has his feet set, there is a high percentage that he is going to knock down the shot and he might make his next three or four shoots after that. Rylan Singh (2025) 6’8 forward – Strong, mobile forward with a long wingspan. Sets screens, good positioning and rebounds well. Great hands with a soft touch and has ability to change shots around the rim including a strong right and left hook which give him with real versatility in the paint as he attacks or rebounds the rim. Zach Baum (2026) 6’8 wing – A high-motor, versatile wing with a skilled mid-range game who is willing to mix it up in the paint and can finish around the rim through traffic. A threat in the pick and pop/roll, he also demonstrates advanced court vision capable of running the offense as a point forward. Baum led Nobles in rebounding as a sophomore, excelling at crashing the offensive glass and blocking shots with his length on defense. Raul Cruz (2027) 6’2” guard -  Led the team as Captain as a freshman last year. An all-around tough guard who can shoot it, rebound, make plays, finish in the paint, and defend on and off the ball. Exhibits high IQ on both ends and leads by example.

Adam Malima (2027) 5’10 point guard - Quick high energy guard who's pride in defense and will pick up 94 ft. Can handle the ball at an elite level and hits open shots at a high clip. Also gets to floater well.

Jack Mullins  (2027) 6’6 wing / stretch 4 - Mullins  can really shoot the ball. Because of his size and skill set, he is becoming matchup nightmare. He can get downhill off of the catch as well as off the dribble. Compete level is off the charts. High level prospect.

KJ Hurd (2028) 6'1 guard - A tight handle allows him to blow by the defenders with ease. Impressive speed, height and size. Can play as a stretch 3. Has great control under defense pressure and passes unselfishly when double-teamed. A Three-level scorer can finish with either hand. Shoots the mid-range at a high clip and can knock down and occasionally three three-pointer. Quick hands and feet on defense and always the first on the floor for loose ball. Exceptional rebounder for his size.

Chais Harriette (2026) 6’1 point guard - Twitchy guard with a deep bag of hesitations and crossovers to create space for shots. Alexander Echevarria (2026) 5’10 point guard - Echevarria is a point guard who scores at all three levels and plays both sides of the ball with intensity. Phenomenal vision and IQ, always putting others in a position to succeed and finding open man. Shoots it with range and has added a great pull up jumper. Tremendous at reading ball screens and setting the pace. Tough as they come, never backs down and is the first to a loose ball. Led us in assists, rebounds, steals and charges taken last season. CJ Farrell (2027) 6’1 guard New to St Marks this fall, an All League player at Milford HS (MA). Averaged 12pts and 7ast per game. Shifty and smart combo guard who can score at all three levels. Great shooter and crafty finisher. Has had a number of 10+ assists games over the last few years. Very good defender and great competitor. Also a high level football player. Plays with BCRI for AAU. Jakare Innocent (2027) 6’2 guard - Super skilled scorer from all three levels. Has extended his range and become a consistent 3pt shooter. Reads off ball screens tremendously well. Great instincts on the defensive end, knack for getting steals and finding rebounds. Played in every game for us last year, highlighted by a 19pt and 10reb game. Keeps getting better by the week. Plays AAU with BABC 16u.  

Hayden Krause (2027) 6’1 guard/wing - An elite 3pt shooter who gets hot quickly. Great offensive rebounder for his size, has a natural knack for it. Has added a lot of muscle since last year and keeps getting better. Good team defender, very good passer, and role keeps growing. Plays AAU with Rivals Elite.

Luca Palermo (2027) 6’6 forward - New to St Marks, coming off League MVP season as a sophomore at Andover HS (MA). Averaged 20ppg and 12reb. Charlie Hinman (2025) 6’3 wing – Hinman is a Swiss Army knife and has been taking leaps and bounds this spring. A shooter who does a little bit of everything and plays well above his size on the defensive end, routinely guarding opponent bigs by utilizing his toughness and grit to push their catch off of the spot, as well as using his length and vertical to defend the rim and rebound at a plus level. Good spot up shooter that is equally capable of making shots off of the dribble and putting the ball on the deck to attack closeouts and make the right reads either finishing at the rim or finding his open teammate. Jacob Pichay (2025) 5’10 guard – Pichay has top level speed in the half court and in transition. A two sport captain that uses his elite level soccer quickness to blow past defenders off of the dribble with ease and utilizes an array of crafty finishes to get to the rim at will as well as an improved pull up jump shot and willingness to make defenders pay from three if they attempt to sit back and compensate for his speed and quickness advantage. Never gets tired. Capable of playing on and off the ball but is special with the ball in his hands both in isolations and pick and roll scenarios with his ball handling and ability to see the entire floor. TJ Allen (2027) 6’2 guard – 2023-24 ISL All-League Team as a freshman. Trevor Payne (2026) 6’4, 180lbs, guard/wing - New to Tabor this year. Very athletic and skilled guard/wing. Loves to push the pace on both sides of the ball. Aidrian Shepard Jr (2026) 6'3 guard - #19 ranked player in Massachusetts by NERR. Transferred in from Rocky Hill Country Day (RI) where he was their leading scorer. A big combo guard, Shepard has a solid frame and continues to impress as an athlete, now finishing plays with authority above the rim. He’s a tough defender, capable of guarding both spots in the backcourt, and is an impressive rebounder from the guard position. Offensively, he’s dynamic with the ball in his hands, showing the ability to get wherever he wants off the bounce. Marquis White (2025) 6'2 guard - From Randolph, MA, White has a very high ceiling with his game. He is a three level scorer that can handle the ball, get to the rim and shoot from the outside. He is athletic and still modeling out his frame. He can control the pace of the game and has shown the ability to play at multiple speeds. He can play just as effective on the ball or off the ball. He has the skills to be a scorer or a facilitator. White is also a versatile defender and can guard multiple positions.
