2025 Bridgton Winter Classic Player Profiles

Annually, NEPSAC AAA stalwart Bridgton Academy hosts a four team midseason tournament in Bridgton, ME.

This year's field includes the host team, St Andrews School AA (RI), Lee Academy National (ME) and Worcester Academy AA (MA). As detailed below, the gym will be filled with college basketball prospects.

Jaeden Bull (2025) 6’1 point guard - Bull is a legit point guard, great handle, and IQ. He plays with patience. He can finish with either hand at the rim. Excellent press break instincts. Bull freezes defenders with his subtle changes of pace before kicking to shooters. He has a high motor and is a great rebounder for his size. Bull is a great on-ball defender (1-4) and has decent shooting ability. 3.0 gpa Video highlights

Ethan Childs (2025) 6’5, 190lbs guard - Childs ran point for his high school team and plays combo guard for BA. He is great on-ball and off-ball defender, able to guard 1-5. Unselfish character and player Childs is able to shoot it well consistently, he shoots 40% from three and 80% from the foul line. 3.4 gpa   Video highlights

Dantae Clarke (2025) 6’8 forward - 2023-24 South Shore League (MA) All Star. Clarke is an intimidating presence, with a 6’10 wingspan. He has been a legitimate rim protector and inside threat for the past several seasons.   Video highlights

Jake Cofield (2025) 6’9 forward - Cofield had several double-doubles last season and was a prolific shot blocker with Cathedral Memorial High (MA). Plays AAU with the House that We Built.

Joe Fitzgerald (2025) 6’1, 180lbs, guard - Fitzgerald was a captain and averaged 22.8 points per game at Pembroke Academy (NH). There, he was also always tasked with shutting down the opponent’s best offensive player, can guard 1-3. He plays with a high motor and high IQ. He can shoot off the catch, and has an elite pull up. Projected low major D1-D3. 3.5 gpa

Isaiah Hynson (2025) 6’4 guard - This lefty is a dynamic scoring guard who is shifty off the bounce and able to control his body to make shots when he’s closely guarded, he can work off the ball where he can set his feet and make shots on the move and when he gets downhill he’s explosive and has good body control to finish though contact.

Ajay Lopes (2025) 6’0 guard, Bridgton Academy (NH) - A state champion at Wareham High (MA). A true combo-guard, he’s comfortable playing with the ball in his hands or sliding off the ball to be a primary scorer. He’s crafty, creates space off the bounce, and has good floor vision. He knows how to score the ball and has become a high level perimeter shooter over the past 12 months. Defensively, he can really sit in a stance and move his feet laterally to keep ball-handlers out of the paint. He’s a decent athlete that knows how to use his physical gifts to his advantage on the defensive end. 

Theo Moore (2025) 6’0, 165lbs, guard, Bridgton Academy (NH) - 2023-24 Bay State League First Team with Braintree High (MA). A dynamic combo guard can guard multiple positions. Scores in different ways and plays well through contact. A sharpshooter that gets involved in every play. Rebounds well. Projected D2-D3. Plays AAU with ASA Select. 2.3 gpa   Video highlights

Benny Old Person-Harlow (2025) 6’4, 185lbs, guard, Bridgton Academy (NH) - A versatile wing that can score in bunches off of the bounce or the catch. His pure ability to shoots the 3 makes him a floor spacer. He demonstrates a high IQ, competitive toughness and flair for the game. He rebounds well, with a natural knack for grabbing offensive boards. Video highlights Projected as a D1-D2, with a northwestern USA preference.   2.9 gpa 16 ACT

Connor Parkes (2025) 6’1 guard - Parkes has tremendous potential. He is a quick guard that can do a little bit of everything. Uses a long wingspan to rebound and a quick first step to get by a defender. He’s a knockdown shooter, on and off the dribble. As a defender does a good job at cutting off the angles. He’s working to be a pure point guard that will thrive off the pick-and-roll opportunities. Plays AAU with DTX Basketball. 3.8 gpa 1120 SAT

Benedict “Ben” Sachse (2025) 6’4 guard - Sachse is growing as a point guard and has gotten to the point that he can play equally well with or without the ball in his hands. He is also showing increasing physically and athleticism in his game. He really knows how to play and blends the best of the international and American styles of play. He is a hard-nosed competitor, not afraid of rising to any challenge.    Video highlights

Blair Thomas (2025) 6’5 wing- 2023-24 All Conference First Team at St George’s High (DE). A prototype college basketball wing player that scores the ball effortlessly. Plays AAU with Team Final Black.    Video highlights

Drew Veilleux (2025) 6’5, 185lbs, wing - Veilleux can really fill it up off of the catch. Only two years of experience playing, prior to coming to BA, and consequently, has shown dramatic growth in his game, which is complementing his physical maturation. He is a 3 and D style player with a high shot efficiency from the three as well as midrange.    4.0 gpa 1260 SAT   Video highlights

Abdiel Zapata (2025) 6’2, 195lbs, guard - Per Prep Hoops, “Zapata is a dynamic and agile guard with a quick first step. His remarkable ability to consistently drive to the basket, often leveraging his strength to clear defenders out of his path, makes him a formidable scoring threat. Additionally, Zapata’s shooting range extends beyond the arc, providing him with a diverse offensive skill set that keeps opponents guessing. On the defensive end, he uses his speed and instincts to get steals.” He is especially off two feet. Plays AAU with White Mambas. 3.2 gpa   Video highlights

Jair Matheis (2025) 5'10 point guard - From Connecticut. Matheis has elite quickness, pure PG with the ability to create for himself and others. He pushes the ball, and he will guard 94 feet. Offered by Siena and Bryant.  Video highlights 

Landon Voros (2025) 6'2 guard - From Maine, Voros is a lefty shooter with high level driving finishing skills. He is very crafty with the ball and a high level passer. He has a high IQ and is everywhere on the defensive end. Played 2 years at the AAA NEPSAC level already, has ability to do a postgrad year. Projected to land D2+. Video highlights

Tyrell Green (2025) 6'1 guard - From Rhode Island, Green is a combo guard, who is very good at getting into the paint and to the rim. He is a good shooter, needs to improve off movement. One of Lee's top defenders. He is strong and has great side-to-side quickness. He is capable of scoring in big bunches. Projected to land at the D2 level 

Austin Omandi (2025) 6'6 small forward - From Kenya, Omandi is an athletic forward, who plays above the rim on both side of the ball. He has long arms and is very good in transition. A versatile defender, who can switch onto any spot, and will rebound. He is also a high percentage 3pt shooter. Projected to land Low Major+. Has received offers from Wilmington College, Hamlin College and Asbury University. Video highlights 

Tejan Rugette (2026) 6'3 guard - From England, Rugette is an athletic and high level guard.  He plays above the rim, and uses his dribbles with a purpose. He is a crafty finisher, who will also push the ball and can knock down the 3. He is a quick handed defender with a lot of upside. Projected to land Mid Major+. Video highlights 

Grgo Katic (2025) Belgium 6'7 wing - Katic is from Belgium and can score at all 3 levels. He has elite footwork and balance. He is long limbed, strong and will rebound. He is capable of attacking in transition. He will post up smaller defenders or take the bigger ones out of the paint. He has a high release shot. He can guard multiple positions. He is projected to land at the Mid Major level. Video highlights  

Dziugas Pauzuolis (2025) (Senior) 6'3 point guard - From Lithuania,  Pauzuolis is a crafty PG with elite vision and passing. He is a lefty shooter, who can get to the rim and finish. He is very good at getting teammates involved. He is an aggressive defender with long arms. Video highlights 

Orestas Seputis (2025) 6'4 wing - From Lithuania, Seputis is a versatile wing with traditional European characteristics. Very good footwork, high IQ and has very good 3pt range. He has long arms and is an active defender. He has decent quickness and is a willing passer. He can attack from perimeter and create for others. Projected to land Low Major. Video highlights 

Markus Navarro (2025) 6'8 forward - From New York, Navarro can score with his back to the basket or from a face up. He has an elite touch around the rim but usually dunks everything he can and finishes hard. He will roll off a screen and understands angles. He is a very good rim protector and has elite hands. He has a solid body and will continue to add muscle. Projected to land Mid Major. Video highlights 

Anthony Troncellito (2025) 6'2 guard - From New Hampshire, Troncellito is a tough, do-it-all guard.  He is strong, has a quick first step. He is very good in the mid-range and as a set shooter. He is a high level defender and pursues rebounds. He is projected to land Low Major+.  Video highlights 

Terrance Clark (2025) 6'4 guard - Clark is from New York, Clark is an athletic tough scoring guard. He has quick handles, limits his dribbles when he attacks and goes hard. He gets in great finishing position and finishes through contact. He is both a set shooter and a playmaker. Clark is a great on-ball defender. Projected to land Low Major+.  Video highlights 

Souleymane Sylla (2025) 6'10 forward - From Mali,  Sylla is a long and athletic 4/5, with elite foot work and great touch around the rim He can also shoot mid-range and 3pt shots, and he can score with his back to the basket.  He hunts rebounds and will block shots/rim protect.  He has a lot of upside. He has decent strength, will be better when he adds some more weight. projected to land Low Major+. Video highlights 

Milos Suput (2025) 6'5 wing - From Bosnia, Suput is an elite shooter, over 43% last two seasons from beyond the arc. He handles the ball well and has a high IQ. He can create his own shot, catch and shoot and shoot from off of movement. Video highlights

Christopher Bianco (2025) 5’10, 170lbs, point guard - From East Greenwich, RI. A four year player; outstanding lead point guard who scores. Projected D1/D2 academic.

Jackson Labkon  (2025) 6’2, 175lbs, guard - From Chicago, IL. A four year starter in Chicago high school league; outstanding shooting who runs the offense well. Projected D1/D2 academic.

John O’Leary (2025) 6’5,180lbs, wing - From Forest Hills, NY. An outstanding shooter! Very cerebral player who runs the court hard. Projected D3 academic.

Alec Scarborough (2025) 6’8, 250lbs, forward, St Andrews School (RI) - From Houston, TX. Tough, solid traditional big man with 15ft short corner shot; rugged rebounder. Projected D1/D2.

Griffin Taber (2025) 6’4, 180lbs, guard - Hails from Dallas, TX. An outstanding shooter! Has deep range and ability to put ball on the floor. Versatile defender that can guard the 1-4. High motor/energy. Solid rebounder on both ends, and is a playmaker for his teammates. High basketball IQ. Projected as a D2/D3 academic. Plays AAU for Academic Basketball Club. 3.9 gpa

DJ Dixon (2026) 6’5, 170lbs, wing - From Champaign, IL. Tremendous athlete; lights out shooter; solid defender. Projected D1/D2

O’Neil Johnson (2026) 6’2, 165lbs, guard - From Chicago, IL. Athletic; 3pt shooter deluxe; solid defender; able to play point guard if needed. Projected D2 level prospect.

Elijah McNair (2026) 6’3” 180lbs - Power guard who scores multiple ways. Great on ball defender. Projected D1 player.

Otis Crosby (2027) 6’5, 170lbs, wing - From Barrington, RI. Athletic; 3pt shooter deluxe; solid defender; moves well without the ball. Projected D1/D2

Uriah Williams (2027) 6’3, 160lbs, point guard - From South Kingstown, RI. A solid point guard; knowledgeable defender; outstanding shooting. Projected D1/D2

Elijah McNair (2027) 6’3, 180lbs, guard - A powerful guard who scores in multiple ways. Great on ball defender. Projected D1 player.

Jake Blackburn (2025) 6'3 guard - (SUNY - Binghamton commit) All-NEPSAC Class AA last season. High-level shooter on the move and off the bounce. Straight-line driver at this point, but has shown the ability to make plays for others in the half court (positive A/T ratio). Improving core strength. Underrated defender. Takes charges. Anthony DeJohn (2026) 6’3 shooting guard - DeJohn, who had a solid sophomore season at Worcester Academy, has showcased real 3-and-D potential. An intriguing prospect that has good size on the wing, DeJohn is a scoring threat from behind the arc and as a cutter off the ball. His shooting stroke is compact and smooth and he does a nice job of elevating into his jumper. He’s a willing ball mover that has a good feel for how to play within the flow of an offense. Defensively, he has a high IQ and does a great job of defending within team concepts. Cam Hailey (2026) 5’11 point guard - #30 ranked player in New England by Prep Hoops. Pass-first point guard who gets everyone involved. Great vision off ball screens. Above average 3pt shooter. Amir Jenkins (2026) 6'2 point guard - #12 ranked player in New England by Prep Hoops. Jenkins comes to WA after repeating as MIAA D1 state champions, a 45-0 run over the past two seasons and earning the 2024 tournament's MVP. He is a pure point guard and leader. Chris Leman (2025) 6'8 forward - (Mercyhurst University commit) Leman is a smooth left-handed player. A pick-n- pop 4 man. Good skill. 43% 3pt shooter last year. Had big games against better teams on the schedule (St. Thomas More, New Hampton, WMA, St. Andrew's). Good rebounder. Great timing to block shots. Ryan Sullivan (2025) 6'9 forward - A lefty who started every game for WA last year. Bouncy. Screens very well and displays good hands while rolling to the basket. Connor Swider (2025) 6'9 forward (Youngstown State commit) - A shooter who is still growing (expected to add at least another inch or two).
